Welcome to Woodland Community Development Corporation (WCDC). Established in 1997, WCDC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization working to improve economic conditions for families in order to build self-sufficient, self-reliant households in Camden, New Jersey. WCDC provides educational, employment & neighborhood development programs designed to give youth & families the support they need to be successful.

Program Highlights for 2009-10:

• 60 at-risk youth improved math & literacy skills 
• 20 adults placed in full-time employment
• 15 at-risk youth hired for summer employment
• 56 families received emergency food, utility & financial assistance
• 10 Camden City 11th graders completed the Kaplan SAT prep course
